1. Do you charge for consultation?

For preliminary consultation of less than 15 minutes, we do not charge. These 15 minutes allow us to do a preliminary evaluation, to figure out if we can help you and find out the real nature of the case. For any consultation over 15 minutes for the same matter, we will charge consultation fee of US$200-400 per hour based on various attorney’s rate.

2. Which fields do you practice?

Real Estate Transactions, Family-based and Employment-based Immigration, Lease Review and Negotiation, Landlord/Tenant Dispute and Litigation, Will and Trust, Civil Litigation, Trademark Registration and Dispute, Intellectual Property Rights. From time to time, we might expand into other fields of practice. Please contact us to inquire.

3. If I consult but eventually do not hire your firm, will you reveal our conversation to anyone?

Even if you do not become our client, your conversation with our firm stays safe with us because communication with potential clients is also confidential and privileged.

4. If your firm charges by hour, what kind of work would you charge me for?

All work in connection with this representation in the forms of preparing legal documents, face-to-face or phone consultation, necessary legal research/update, reviewing files, etc., are billable and included in the legal fee payment.

5. How do I check my status?

Please contact us and ask for the person in charge of your case to learn more. We will follow-up with you from time to time as well.

6.What language do you speak?

We have attorneys and paralegals who speak English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Shanghainese, Taiwanese, and Fuzhounese.
