Brought up in an artistic family, Mr. Yang learned to be a keen observer at a very young age. Rather than following his film-director-mother’s footsteps, Mr. Yang chose to contribute to the field of finance. After years of working in finance in Hong Kong, he grew beyond crunching numbers and embarked on a journey as a New York attorney to establish and secure fiscal achievements in the US for clients from all over the world.

His experience in finance gave Mr. Yang a distinctive edge when servicing clients. Rather than only taking care of the client’s obvious issues, he also makes use of his financial expertise to identify overlooked bottlenecks and to propose meaningful adjustments for the clients’ future benefits. He believes that speed is important in handling transactions but spending an adequate time to see the whole picture for future success is even more important. This is precisely why despite his young age, Mr. Yang is capable of distinguishing himself for his outstanding legal service compared to other senior attorneys in the field.

One of Mr. Yang’s greatest achievements is successfully incorporating legal planning for small and medium Asian family-businesses in New York, where normally it would take these businesses generations to understand its importance. Mr. Yang made sure that these family-businesses take full advantage of his legal planning, which incorporates real estate investments, stock planning, estate planning, trust fund management, and reasonable tax reduction measures; all of which are key to protecting every family member as well as one day expanding into a large corporation in the future.

Enamored with startups at heart, Mr. Yang also helped many businesses secure their rights and wealth when dealing with Venture Capital investments. He also is happy to help clients network with each other whenever the opportunity arises. Not only does he keep up to date with the latest changes in law, he also keeps up to date regarding the latest fintech developments.
